  • Orders can only be modified or cancelled within a limited time after being placed (usually within 1 hour). Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed or shipped, changes cannot be made.

  • We offer FREE shipping on all orders over £50. For orders under £50 a standard rate of £3.99 applies.

  • If an item has been damaged in transit, we will provide you with a replacement or a full refund. Please contact us with your order details and a photo of the damaged item.

Returns

  • We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

    For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened beauty products. However, if your box arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and our customer service team will be happy to assist you.

    Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

    Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
